As a Critical Care Solution Specialist at Nicklaus Children's Hospital, you will play a key role in designing and implementing healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes and streamline clinical workflows. Responsibilities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand clinical needs and develop effective solutions.
Design and implement healthcare solutions that meet the unique needs of our patients and staff.
Work closely with clinicians and nurses to provide education and support for new solutions.
Develop and implement quality metrics and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure that solutions are meeting expectations and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or Business major or equivalent experience with 3+ years direct experience working with large scale enterprise information systems.
3-5 years experience designing, implementing, and supporting solutions within at least one or multiple areas of the revenue cycle including patient access, health information management, revenue integrity, patient accounting/billing, and/or finance.
3-5 years Experience working in a healthcare related field.
