The role
Numan is the health partner for people who want to live healthier, happier & longer - as a Health Coach here at Numan, you’d be joining a strong team of coaches who are passionate about health and lifestyle, working on our Weight Loss Programme.
You’ll be:
Working remotely alongside a team of experienced Health Coaches to deliver high quality, evidence-based health coaching to our Weight Loss patients, via chat and calls.
Managing your own patient caseload effectively and efficiently.
Working regularly with your patients on their Weight Loss journey to educate, encourage and motivate them to make important and sustainable habit changes, based on well researched evidence.
Collaborating with the team on exciting projects within the Health Coaching world.
We’re looking for someone who:
Holds an undergraduate degree in a health or life sciences discipline eg. Nutrition, sport sciences, psychology, sport psychology, nutritional therapy, behaviour change, dietetics, exercise physiology, public health
Has some experience in health coaching or health advisory roles
Demonstrates a strong interest in growth within digital health coaching
Is an excellent problem solver
Understands lifestyle and habit changes for obesity and weight loss
Can work well remotely, independently and as part of a team
Has good attention to detail
Is passionate about digital health and confident in using technology
Can prioritise simultaneous communications with patients alongside other activities
Demonstrates natural empathy and care
Is committed to learning & upskilling through CPD
It’s a bonus if you have:
Registration with a regulatory body eg. AfN, BANT, BDA
