We're Hiring: Head Waiters – Brisbane
Join one of Brisbane’s leading hospitality teams and be part of unforgettable event experiences!

The Fresh Collective, a premier hospitality and events company, is seeking experienced and passionate Head Waiters to join our growing Brisbane team.

You'll work across some of Brisbane's most iconic venues, including:

Waters Edge at Portside Wharf
Riverlife at Kangaroo Point
Queensland Museum Kurilpa in East Brisbane

What We Expect From Our Head Waiters

A passion for customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
Well-presented, personable, and professional
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Confident carrying 3 plates and performing full beverage tray service
Comfortable working across a variety of events — from conferences and cocktail parties to weddings and large-scale functions
Proven leadership in supervising or supporting FOH teams
Valid QLD RSA and full working rights in Australia
Other FOH or barista skills are highly regarded
