We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial and execution-focused engineering leader to drive the design, development, and scale-up of next-generation enterprise technology platforms.

The ideal candidate should be capable of building products from concept to enterprise deployment while leading large cross-functional engineering teams and engaging directly with CXOs, cross functional teams, and strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Leadership
• Lead end-to-end software engineering initiatives across enterprise-scale platforms.
• Build and scale high-performing engineering teams across frontend, backend, data engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, and product engineering.
• Manage multiple vendor and offshore engineering teams simultaneously.
• Define engineering roadmaps, delivery governance, release management, and SDLC processes.
• Drive engineering excellence, coding standards, architecture governance, and platform scalability.

Product Development & Solution Architecture
• Lead architecture and development of scalable SaaS and enterprise platforms.
• Design cloud-native systems using microservices, event-driven architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Build intelligent systems integrating:

AI/ML

Conversational AI

Real-time analytics

Decision intelligence

Automation frameworks
• Define scalable technical architectures for enterprise applications, optimization systems, and operational platforms.

AI & Innovation
• Drive GenAI adoption across enterprise products and customer solutions.
• Lead development of:

Conversational AI systems

AI copilots

Agentic AI workflows

Intelligent recommendation engines

Predictive analytics platforms
• Evaluate emerging technologies and convert innovation ideas into deployable enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with AI, Data Science, and Engineering teams to create intelligent digital products.

Enterprise Delivery & Client Engagement
• Act as the primary engineering leader for strategic enterprise clients.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in executive-level customer discussions, solution presentations, and architecture workshops.
• Lead large enterprise implementations and complex integration programs.
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Platform & Infrastructure
• Define DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, security, and infrastructure strategies.
• Lead cloud deployments across Azure/AWS/GCP environments.
• Oversee platform reliability, observability, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with client infrastructure and security teams for enterprise onboarding and deployment.
