As a sales manager with expertise in the SaaS market, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by connecting with consumer brands, building strong client relationships, and closing deals. This role requires a deep understanding of the SaaS industry, a proven track record of successful sales in the Indian market, and established connections within the D2C sector. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying leads to formulating strategies and closing deals.
Roles and responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
• Identify and target potential D2C brand clients through various channels such as market research, industry events, and professional networks.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase how our solutions can address the client's business challenges.
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for potential clients, ensuring they align with their specific requirements and budgets.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets, aligning them with the company's overall goals.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by setting clear, achievable sales targets and motivating the sales team to consistently perform at their best.
• Provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting the team's progress and areas for improvement.
• This edition emphasizes the importance of setting and achieving sales targets and ensures that the sales manager is responsible for monitoring and improving the team's performance to meet those targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and progress in the CRM system
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field An MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of proven success in SaaS sales
• Established connections and networks within the industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools like Hubspot, etc.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
