Job Description
Full operational leadership across all 4 brands.
P&L and financial ownership for all 4 brands, including the business case behind every new outlets.
The training, service and housekeeping standards that make every outlet feel the same, wherever a guest walk in.
Our seasonal outdoor Catering & Events business-from client planning through flawless on-the- ground delivery.
Building your own leadership bench- Area/Restaurant Managers and a Housekeeping lead, as the portfolio grows.
Direct regular access to the Founder, with real say in how the Group expands next.
10+ years in F&B or hospitality operations, including genuine multi outlets leadership
Comfortable owning a P&L, not just a shift.
A builder at heart- someone who'd rather create the system then just follow one
Experience opening new outlets o scaling a multi- location F&B brand is strong plus
Hospitality Management not Business degree, food safety certification required.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
