Responsibilities
As the Head of Operations, you'll manage a variety of key tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
This includes supporting executives by organizing their schedules, handling meetings, and arranging travel
You’ll also plan company events, making sure everything from logistics to budgets is well-managed
In recruitment, you'll coordinate interviews and help new hires get settled
Additionally, you'll maintain important company documents, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage company accounts
You’ll serve as a bridge between the legal team, the company, and investors, overseeing communications and payments
Finally, you'll manage employee payments, reimbursements, and assist with benefits administration, ensuring that all operational aspects run efficiently
