We're Hiring: Head of Marketing (Growth & Marketing) | Jaipur
Are you a growth-obsessed marketing leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, performance marketing, AI, and brand building?
We're looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead our global growth agenda, drive customer acquisition and retention, build high-performing teams, and establish an AI-first marketing culture that accelerates content velocity, campaign performance, and business growth.

📈 Reporting To: C-Suite / Director / Business Owners
What You'll Own
✅ End-to-end multi-channel growth strategy across Paid, Organic, Marketplace, and Retention channels
✅ Scale and optimize performance marketing across:
• Google Ads
• Meta
• LinkedIn
• Pinterest
• TikTok
• Microsoft Advertising (Bing)
✅ Drive SEO growth through technical optimization, content strategy, and AI-powered competitive analysis
✅ Lead marketplace growth on platforms like Amazon, Etsy, and premium industry marketplaces
✅ Build sophisticated lifecycle marketing programs through Email, SMS, automation, segmentation, and loyalty initiatives
✅ Develop and mentor a team of marketing specialists while embedding an AI-first operating model
AI at the Core
This role goes beyond traditional marketing leadership.
You'll be expected to leverage and operationalize tools such as:
• ChatGPT Enterprise
• Claude
• Jasper
• Midjourney
• Adobe Firefly
• Canva AI
to accelerate:
• Content creation
• Ad creative testing
• Campaign analysis
• Workflow automation
• Productivity and scale
What We're Looking For
✔ 8–12+ years of progressive marketing experience
✔ 3–5+ years leading high-performing marketing teams and budgets
✔ Strong success in E-commerce and D2C growth environments
✔ Deep expertise in:
• Performance Marketing
• SEO
• CRM & Retention Marketing
• Analytics & Attribution
• Marketplace Advertising
✔ Proven experience scaling revenue while improving ROAS, CAC, and profitability metrics
