Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for the position of Head of Hotel Supply. Responsibilities include leading the hotel supply team, developing and maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners, negotiating competitive contracts, and working closely with sales teams to meet growth targets. The role also involves overseeing budgeting, analyzing market trends, and implementing strategies to optimize hotel partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with hotel partners
• Proven experience in Budgeting and financial planning to optimize business strategies
• Expertise in Sales and negotiation to secure competitive hotel contracts
• Background in Hospitality and understanding of the travel and hotel industry
• Leadership and Team Management skills to drive the hotel supply team towards achieving targets
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to track performance and refine strategies
• Relevant degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
• Professional experience in a similar role within the travel or hospitality industry is highly advantageous
