About the Role:

Rio Clays is looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Engineering to lead our Mechanical and Electrical departments. The ideal candidate will have 12–20 years of experience in engineering roles within continuous process plants, with hands-on expertise in Calciner operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the Mechanical Electrical Engineering teams.
• Manage maintenance operations for equipment such as:
• ???? Calciner
• ???? Kiln
• ???? Drier
• ???? Hot Air Generators
• ???? Pulverizers
• ???? Filter Press
• ???? Pumps Blowers
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Ensure high plant reliability, minimal downtime, and operational safety.
• Collaborate with production, safety, and project teams.

Desired Profile:
• ???? Qualification: B.E. / M.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• ???? Experience: 12–20 years in continuous process industries
• ???? Skills: Strong leadership, hands-on engineering knowledge, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams
