Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Delivery and Presales - CBS (Must)_LMS_LOS, based in Mumbai.
Leadership Position

The role involves -
Heading entire Presales Function
> Bid identification and management.
> Competitive bids in timely manner
> Act as Domain expert - Technical and Functional during entire sales cycle.
> Create Business Opportunities
> Expertise in BFSI especially CBS. Processes, Functional and the technical ability to tailor and demonstrate the software solution.
> Deeply understand customer requirements and brdge gap between Product (software) and Technical team.
> Hands on experience in dealing with Customers - CXO and Head IT
> Grow business
> Individual contribution + team lead
> Able to create POC, strong market intelligence, Presentation and communication skills.
> Strong commmercial understanding including agreement review.> Prepare and deliver compelling, high-impact product demonstrations, technical presentations
> Vendor relation and management, able to create Partnership for solutions which are not available in house and for emerging solutions. Able to create multiple vendors for various solutions and obtain competitive pricing.
Head of Delivery, Development and Project management -
> Handson experience in implementing in E2E CBS solution in min. 10 mid to large size Cooperative Banks in India. (MUST)
> Responsible for the entire software development lifecycle and the successful, timely deployment of solutions to clients.
> Strong Project Management and Consulting skills to oversee delivery operations and ensure project execution in timely manner and maintain quality and customer satisfaction.
> Hands on experience in Product development and innovation and aligning strategies with business objectives.
> Proven expertise in Team Management with the ability to mentor and guide diverse teams effectively
> Strong and handson expertise in Function, Technical and Software development- CBS, LMS, LOS and Fintech products
> Good understanding of process, quality and testing
> Client & Stakeholder Management
> Technical & Architectural Guidance: Guide architectural decisions, oversee the modernization of legacy systems to microservices/cloud-based platforms, and ensure technical excellence.> Hands on experience in ability to do hardware sizing, network and security, licensing, switches requirements etc
> Drive technological innovation, staying updated on emerging trends like Cloud Practices, AML, FRM, AI/ML, Emerging paymentsolution and native banking and regulatory requirements.
> Word on Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions
> Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud computing, APIs, and databases.
