Position Overview:

As the Business Development Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and market penetration of Company within the Automotive and BESS sectors. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business strategies, establishing and nurturing key partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities to ensure the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth objectives in the Automotive and BESS segments.
• Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations and contract development to secure new business deals and partnerships.
• Product Positioning and Differentiation:
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure our offerings align with market needs and demands.
• Develop and communicate a compelling value proposition that differentiates our products in the market.
• Sales and Revenue Generation:
• Set ambitious sales targets and develop plans to achieve and exceed them.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize revenue.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead and inspire a high-performing business development team.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to foster professional growth and success.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven track record of success in business development within the Lithium Ion Battery Manufacturing industry.
• In-depth understanding of the Automotive and BESS markets, including key players, trends, and regulations.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
