We’re Hiring: Head of Brand & Creative Strategy (Creative Head – Copy) with Leading US-Based Advertising Agency!!
📍 Location: Navi Mumbai (Work from Office – 5 days/week)
🧠 Experience: 10–15 years Digital Agency Background Preferred
✨ Role Overview:
We’re looking for a visionary Head of Brand & Creative Strategy who can blend sharp strategic thinking with powerful creative storytelling. In this leadership role, you’ll shape compelling brand narratives and drive integrated creative strategies that deliver both cultural impact and business results.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Strategy Leadership
• Lead the development of brand positioning, architecture, and messaging frameworks across diverse clients
• Translate business objectives into impactful brand strategies and storytelling platforms
• Drive brand audits, consumer insights, and competitive analysis
2. Creative Strategy & Direction
• Own and guide creative strategy across campaigns (digital, social, content, performance marketing, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams (design, copy, video) to ensure consistency and excellence
• Lead ideation for high-impact campaigns, pitches, and new business opportunities
Client Leadership
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to key clients, building long-term partnerships
• Confidently present and defend strategic and creative recommendations
• Identify opportunities for brand growth and business expansion
4. Integrated Campaign Planning
• Ensure cohesive brand storytelling across channels (social media, digital, influencer, content ecosystems)
• Partner with performance marketing teams to align brand-building with conversion goals
5. Market & Cultural Intelligence
• Stay ahead of cultural, consumer, and digital trends
• Bring fresh, innovative thinking into brand and campaign development
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
• 10–15+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or planning (agency experience preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing impactful brand campaigns and strategic thinking
• Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, social media, and content marketing
• Exceptional storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Ability to balance creative excellence with data-driven decision-making
Preferred Background
• Experience working with leading digital or integrated agencies
• Exposure to sectors like FMCG, D2C, lifestyle, tech, etc.
• Strong network within the creative and marketing ecosystem
