Job Description- Drive contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process.- Advise business on advertising/promotional matters, marketing campaigns, Contests, Intellectual Property implications.- Provide opinion and advisory to stakeholders on new business initiatives, identifying risks and legal challenges.- Support M&A, Private Equity investments and JV activities and related documentation.- Lead and be part of a team of highly motivated and experienced legal counsels- Provide regulatory and compliance advice- Develop legal projects and processes to create legal efficiencies and productivity.- Set up appropriate risk mitigation strategies through identification, development and monitoring of key metrics- Draft, manage, distribute, respond to, or analyse RFIs, RFPs, RFQ
