Job Description
CA with Manufacturing and Sales Experience MUST
Should be familiar and have experience of all aspects of F&A including AR / AP / Banking / Treasury / Accounting / Audits / Taxation/GST etc /
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for entire gamut of Finance and Accounts of the Company
- Drive the company's financial planning / Cash Flow Management
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations
- Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
- Manage vendor relationships
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system
- Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
- The incumbent should have worked in start-ups and raised Private Equity Funds
- Should have exposure to IPO and entire gamut of fund-raising thru IPO and related compliances.
Qualification - Chartered Accountant with minimum 15 - 20 years of experience
