Role Summary
We are seeking a senior, strong, and result-oriented Fashion Designer & Execution Lead who can take complete ownership of design execution and production. The role requires a highly responsible professional capable of managing end-to-end operations with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead design to execution lifecycle from concept to final production
• Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and production efficiency
• Work closely with Onwer to align with brand direction
• Manage and coordinate design and production teams
• Oversee sampling, fittings, vendor coordination, and final output
• Resolve execution challenges and ensure smooth workflow
Candidate Requirements
• Min 5 years of relevant experience in fashion design & production
• Proven ability to handle execution independently
• Strong leadership, ownership, and problem-solving skills
• In-depth knowledge of garments, fabrics, and production processes
• Disciplined, dependable, and deadline-driven
