## About the Role

To execute hedging for ferrous and non-ferrous metals using domestic and international exchanges.

## Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute hedging strategies for ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as steel, aluminum, copper, zinc, nickel, lead, etc.
- Manage exposure through futures, options, swaps, and structured products on exchanges like LME, MCX.
- Track global metal markets, supply-demand fundamentals, and geopolitical developments.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk policies, exchange regulations, and statutory norms.
- Track and evaluate commodity markets to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Execute trades across assigned commodities in strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Oversee and optimize trading portfolios to ensure profitability and alignment with overall market and hedging strategies.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering market movements, trading performance, exposures, and strategic insights.

## Requirements

- Expertise in LME contracts, MCX metals, futures & options. Deep, hands-on hedging experience.
- Analytical mindset with strong risk assessment capability.
- Strong Excel / trading systems proficiency.
- 6+ years of hardcore hedging or metal trading experience.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, risk management, and commodity derivatives.
- Experience in both domestic and international markets.
- Preferred to be a female candidate willing to relocate to Delhi.
- Must be proficient in financial instruments such as futures, options, and swaps.
- Must have experience with exchanges like LME and MCX.
- Must have hands-on hedging experience in commodities such as steel, aluminum, copper, zinc, nickel, lead, etc.
- Must have experience in industries such as b, a, d, e, f.
- Must have individual contributor experience.
- Must have proficiency in technical skills such as a, e, f.
- Must be willing to undergo 6+ interview rounds.
