We are looking for a passionate Head Chef Co-Founder to join our founding leadership team and help shape the future of these brands.
👨🍳 Key Responsibilities
Lead culinary innovation across all food brands.
Develop new products, recipes, and seasonal menus.
Standardize recipes, portioning, and kitchen SOPs.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, hygiene, and food safety.
Build scalable production systems for cloud kitchens and QSR outlets.
Train and mentor kitchen teams across locations.
Work closely with the founders on product strategy and business growth.
Drive continuous R&D based on customer feedback and market trends.
✅ Who We're Looking For
Executive Chef / Corporate Chef / Head Chef with 2+ years of experience.
Strong background in QSR, cloud kitchens, restaurant chains, or food manufacturing.
Expertise in recipe standardization and kitchen operations.
Passion for Indian cuisine and product innovation.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term commitment.
Ready to relocate to Noida (Delhi NCR) if required.
