Job Description
Hiring: Head – BESS Product Design
We are looking for an experienced Head – BESS Product Design to lead the end-to-end development of our next-generation Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define product strategy and technology roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end BESS product design, including battery systems, PCS integration, EMS, HVAC, fire protection, containers, and system architecture.
• Drive cost optimization, value engineering, standardization, and design for manufacturing.
• Manage product validation, testing, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Projects, and Sales.
• Build and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary engineering team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Energy Systems, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of engineering experience with significant expertise in BESS, renewable energy, power electronics, or battery systems.
• Strong leadership experience in product development, system integration, and commercialization.
