HDFC Bank - Supply Chain Finance Product Head - Corporate Banking

Product :

Conceptualize and create new products that will add to existing portfolio of SCF & PSL products and enhance revenue growth.

Engage with Business, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Operations and CAD to develop new product paper -

P&L:

Monitor and remain accountable for achievement of product volume and income against targets

Program:

- Innovate/ Structure customized solutions to meet specific customer requirements and improve transaction yields.

- Identify opportunities in Industry segments and create value propositions to target opportunities presented

Process :

- Conceptualize, plan and execute strategy for growth of Supply Chain and Priority Sector Lending portfolio. - Post implementation review of new roll-outs, and initiate action where necessary.

- Build and maintain suitable MIS

Technology :

Play an active role in adoption of technology in the SCF & PSL

Regulatory :

Provide guidance to SCF & PSL team, on policy/procedure, regulatory compliance, operations /system-related issues and strengthen risk management
