Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our dynamic restaurant team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a passion for food service and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for efficient order processing and cash handling.
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
Assist with serving food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining accountability for cash drawer.
Requirements
Previous restaurant experience , training will be provided.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
Experience in food preparation, serving, or food handling is advantageous.
