Handy Man

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in home repair and maintenance, demonstrating a strong work ethic and the ability to tackle various tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are well-maintained and that all repairs are completed to a high standard.

Duties

Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention.
Assemble furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed.
Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards while performing all tasks.
Document completed work orders and report any additional issues found during inspections.
Experience

Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and methods.
Familiarity with tools, materials, and safety practices relevant to maintenance work.
Ability to troubleshoot problems effectively and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
A valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory.
