BPO Tele-Collection Executive- Voice Process

Designation: Collection Specialist ( Hybrid Mode)

5 days working and 2 days week off

Shift: Day Shift

Location: Domlur

Qualification: Graduate preferred, undergrad with relevant experience and skills.

Versant score: 50 %

No outstation will be considered.

Laptop provided for WFH. Lunch provided for WFO employees

Languages - English / Hindi

Note: 45 Days training will be given in the office later WFH will be given

Role - What’s expected of you:

Monitor accounts: Regularly check accounts for payments

Contact customers: Reach out to customers to discuss their debts and payment options

Negotiate payment plans: Create and propose payment plans for customers who are behind on payments

Process payments: Accept payments and refunds from customers

Resolve issues: Help customers with billing and credit problems

Develop strategies: Create plans to collect debts and improve cash flow

Prepare reports: Create reports on collection activities and progress

Maintain records: Keep accurate records of collection activities

Follow legal processes

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
