Job Summary: Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Night Shift Live Monitoring Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring live operations during the night shift, ensuring smooth operations and timely response to any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor live operations and systems during the night shift.
• Respond promptly to any alerts or incidents, escalating as necessary.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Document incidents and actions taken for future reference.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance tasks as required.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote or work-from-home setting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency in using monitoring tools and software.
• Availability to work night shifts on a consistent basis.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in live monitoring or operations roles is highly desirable.
• Experience working remotely or in a distributed team environment is a plus.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• In-depth understanding of monitoring procedures and best practices.
• Familiarity with IT systems and network infrastructure.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
