ADAPTABLE – Adjust, adapt, and overcome
Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out
Be a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with a sense of urgency and empathy
Process payments for guests and make necessary changes/updates to their accounts
Enter and update reservation information in the system
Collaborate with other departments to communicate information about room availability and status
Maintain the front desk ensuring the area is clean, welcoming, and organized
Employees will be required to follow any other job-related instructions and to perform any other job-related duties requested by management
Job description
Hilton Columbia Center is seeking an energetic, outgoing, customer service pro to fill our Part-time Guest Services Representative position. As a Guest Services Representative, you’ll be able to showcase your customer service skills and create exceptional guest experiences while enjoying a fun work environment with a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you’ll do

Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.

Education And Experience

Preferred 1 year of customer service experience.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
