Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate at Godwin Hotels and Resorts in Meerut. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling reservations, and ensuring effective communication with guests.
Qualifications
• Guest Services and Customer Service skills
• Experience in handling reservations
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
