Become the face of our resort! As a Front Office Superstar, you’ll make every guest feel like a VIP from check-in to check-out. From handling reservations to resolving queries, no two days are the same, and each one is filled with energy and excitement.
What Your Day Looks Like:
Warm Welcomes: Meet, greet, and leave lasting impressions with our guests.
Effortless Check-Ins and Check-Outs: A friendly approach that makes guests feel right at home.
Going the Extra Mile: Helping guests with luggage, providing information, and making sure every question is answered.
Stay Organized: Prepare daily reports and manage arrivals so things run smoothly.
Financial Savvy: Manage cash handling and reconcile accounts with precision.
