Guest Relations Executive

Tudo Bem is looking for its next Guest Relations Executive.

Tudo Bem Hamilton is situated in the heart of the city at the CBD, Tudo Bem is also Waikato and Hamilton’s first Churrascaria/Brazilian steakhouse.

The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing the front of house team and for ensuring the best customer experience possible.

he role involves managing all aspects of the day to day front of house operations

Our new Guest Relations Executive must:

Be a self driven Hospitality legend
Be a leader of people, who motivates, trains & leads by example
Have customer & sales focus
Have good understanding of H&S processes
Be able to build great relationships with local businesses & guests
Have good energy & the ability to handle pressure
Have great organizational skills & know how to delegate
Have very good written & oral ability
Be confident & be able to have fun at work
Have a current LCQ & managers certificate
Be able to work closely with kitchen team
Be confident in using social media and be willing to do so on behalf of the business on a regular basis
