Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests, residents and visitors professionally
Manage guest queries, requests and concerns promptly
Ensure smooth check-ins, arrivals and guest coordination
Build positive relationships with residents and members
Coordinate with housekeeping, operations and management teams
Maintain guest records and preferences
Support events, activities and community engagement
Maintain premium hospitality standards at all times
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills
Pleasant personality and professional grooming
Customer service mindset
Good coordination and multitasking ability
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and confidence
Experience
Freshers can apply
0–3 years of experience preferred
Eligibility
