Job Title: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
Location: Mumbai - Andheri (East)

We are Peninsula Redpine Hotel seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our team. As a GRE, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every guest feels valued, and anticipating their needs.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and guest-focused GRE to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized guest experiences, resolving guest complaints, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated
- Anticipate and meet guest needs, resolving complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with other departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, to ensure seamless service
- Develop and maintain relationships with repeat guests, ensuring that their preferences and needs are met
- Conduct guest interactions, including check-in, check-out, and during-stay interactions
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and complaints
- Participate in daily operations meetings to review guest feedback and implement service improvements
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and guests
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive guest information
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office
- Fluency in English; additional languages an asset
Working Hours:
- Rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Overtime may be required during peak periods
