Job Description
What You Will Be Doing
Welcome all guests warmly and professionally, acting as a lobby host by proactively engaging with guests, managing reception queues, and ensuring a smooth guest flow through public areas.
Assist Reception during busy periods, supporting with check-ins, check-outs, group arrivals, queue room coordination, and general reception tasks.
Respond to guest enquiries and requests, both in person and via email or online platforms, offering accurate information and ensuring a seamless pre-arrival and post-arrival experience.
Maintain strong knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and promotions, using this to upsell rooms, packages, and food beverage offers during guest interactions and system use.
Actively promote local attractions, events, and travel options, booking transport or theatre tickets and offering insightful recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
