Role Description The GTM Engineer (Inbound) is a full-time on-site role, responsible for supporting and executing GrackerAI’s inbound go-to-market motion. This role involves configuring and operating the GrackerAI platform for prospects and customers, including setting up AI visibility monitoring, running prompt research, and preparing competitive citation analyses that feed into sales and marketing initiatives. The GTM Engineer will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate customer use cases into tailored demos, proof-of-concept setups, dashboards, and reports that showcase measurable value.
Daily tasks include analyzing inbound prospect data, refining AI-optimized content workflows, documenting playbooks for repeatable GTM experiments, and providing technical support for onboarding new customers. The role also includes continuously testing and improving inbound funnels, coordinating with GTM leadership on experiment design, and ensuring that all inbound motions are aligned with product capabilities and market needs.
