Growth Marketing Manager
About Role:
Drive revenue through paid channels for a B2B Saas firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Own performance marketing efforts across multiple platforms, including Google, Bing, Meta, and Capterra.
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns for ROI through A/B testing and continuous performance monitoring.
Improve conversion rates across all initiatives.
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
Effectively manage budget to maximize impact and explore innovative growth opportunities.
Design and execute personalized marketing campaigns targeted at key accounts.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years in performance marketing and/or digital marketing in a high-velocity environment.
Proven track record in growth marketing with experience in at least two advertising channels within B2B SaaS - Google & Meta.
Solid hustle and entrepreneurial mindset; ability to thrive under uncertainty.
Ability to apply first principles thinking and a strong marketing foundation to drive growth and innovation.
Passion and curiosity to learn about new products and industries.
Strong problem-solving ability and performance/metrics-driven thinking.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
