Job Description - Group Manager (Sales) - Real Estate
Position: Group Manager - Sales (Real Estate)
Location: Pune
Department: Sales
Team Size: 10-15 Members
Experience: 10+ Years (Min. 5 years in Real Estate; 3+ years in Team Management)
Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Group Manager - Sales to lead our high-performing real estate sales team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving residential or commercial sales, building and mentoring the team, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Sales Leadership- Drive revenue growth by leading direct sales efforts and channel partner strategies.- Create and execute action plans to meet sales targets for assigned projects.- Supervise end-to-end sales operations from lead generation to deal closure.
Team Management- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team of 10-15 members.- Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and goal setting.- Ensure team productivity and maintain a positive, competitive environment.
Performance Tracking Reporting- Monitor KPIs, sales metrics, and prepare periodic sales reports for senior management.- Provide insights on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
Client Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and investors.- Ensure excellent customer service pre and post-sale. - Resolve escalations related to deals, documentation, or CRM. Strategic Sales Planning- Assist in project pricing, inventory planning, and promotional campaigns.- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to align lead management and sales conversions.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
Experience: - Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, including - 5+ years in the real estate sector (residential or commercial) - 3+ years in managing a team of at least 10 members Industry: Real Estate (Mandatory)
Location: Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Pune Tech-savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales dashboards Desired Skills- Strong negotiation and closing skills- Leadership and people management abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Goal-oriented and proactive- Market and product knowledge in the Pune real estate segment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
