Lead Marketing Across a Growing Group of Companies
We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Group Head of Marketing to lead marketing across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
This is a leadership role for someone who can combine strategy with execution. You'll be responsible for building brand awareness, driving digital engagement, managing social media campaigns, and delivering marketing initiatives that support business growth.
What You'll Do
• Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple brands.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other channels.
• Drive social media engagement, content marketing, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Oversee SEO, website performance, email marketing, and digital advertising.
• Manage content calendars, marketing campaigns, and marketing budgets.
• Support executive branding and thought leadership initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and optimise marketing activities based on data and insights.
• Work closely with leadership and business teams to support organisational objectives.
What We're Looking For
• 8+ years' experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand leadership.
• Strong experience with social media marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, SEO, and analytics.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a strong business acurmen and a commercial mindset.
• Experience working across multiple brands or business units is highly regarded.
