Corporate Legal Consultant:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Legal Consultant to provide expert legal guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and business transactions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to navigate complex legal landscapes to support our organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Legal Advisory: Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and various departments on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business operations.

- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, licensing agreements, and employment contracts, ensuring alignment with legal standards and company policies.

- Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding the organization's interests.

- Dispute Resolution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage and resolve legal disputes effectively.

- Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of company policies concerning legal matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

- Litigation Management: Oversee commercial litigation matters and disputes, coordinating with internal teams and external counsel as necessary

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies like FIU-IND, RBI. Monitor and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, including labor laws, corporate regulations, and international legal standards. Read more
