Role Description The Graphic Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for creating, refining, and delivering high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics for brand identities, social media campaigns, websites, and marketing materials, as well as editing images to ensure consistency with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and clients to understand project objectives and translate them into effective visual solutions. The Graphic Specialist will support the development of creative concepts, adapt designs for multiple formats and channels, and prepare final files for production or digital publishing. The position also requires staying updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve visual storytelling and overall design quality.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for both digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Image Editing, including retouching, optimization, and preparing files for various platforms and resolutions.
• Understanding of Social Media and Marketing, with the ability to design content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand strategy.
• Practical experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and deliver designs within deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, visual sense of layout, typography, and color, and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and clients on-site.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; equivalent proven experience is also valued.
• Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work across branding, social media, and marketing materials.
