Job Title: Graphic Designer (US Shift)
Location: Remote
Shift: US Shift
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (including 1 year in a marketing/advertising agency)
About the Role:
We’re seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of professional design experience, with 1 year working in a marketing or advertising agency. This is a remote position, requiring availability during US business hours. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality visual content for social media, ads, web, and branding projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create visually compelling graphics for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, websites, and branding materials
• Translate concepts into effective design assets aligned with client goals and brand guidelines
• Work closely with marketing strategists, content creators, and developers to deliver cohesive visuals
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
• Adapt and optimize designs for various platforms and screen sizes
• Stay updated on current design trends, tools, and techniques
• Collaborate in client feedback loops during US working hours
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• At least 1 year of experience working in a marketing or advertising agency
• Solid experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Canva, Figma, or similar
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, particularly for digital platforms
• Must have experience working in US Shift
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage deadlines
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Graphics Tools (Required):
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Canva – for quick and brand-aligned social graphics
• Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro – a plus for motion graphics or video editing
• Familiarity with tools like XD, CorelDRAW, or other creative design platforms is a bonus
Preferred Skills:
• Motion graphics or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Understanding of brand identity
• Experience designing for US-based clients
