Graphic Designer / Senior Visual Designer (Digital + Print)
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in digital and print production to deliver high-quality, brand-compliant creative assets. This role requires hands-on expertise across campaign design, pre-press processes, and multi-format adaptations , working closely with global creative and content teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and visual designs for digital and print campaigns
- Ensure strict adherence to brand (CI) guidelines across all deliverables
- Own end-to-end artwork production , including format adaptations for multiple platforms
- Perform pre-press activities : color correction, retouching, compositing, and print-ready file preparation (PDF/X, proofing, color profiles)
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and global agency teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Maintain quality assurance standards across all outputs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously , ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment
- Translate complex data (especially healthcare/scientific content) into visually compelling presentations
- Lead or support production teams/artwork delivery workflows
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve design efficiency and workflows
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years in a digital agency / print production / creative studio workplace
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end campaign execution (print + digital)
- Deep understanding of print production, pre-press workflows, and digital ad formats
- Strong design fundamentals: layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Experience in UI/UX systems and design frameworks (preferred)
- Ability to handle high-volume creative requests and tight deadlines
Tools & Platforms
Core:
- Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign )
- Figma (advanced – components, design systems)
- PowerPoint / Google Slides
Good to Have:
- Adobe After Effects
- Canva / Sketch
