Core Responsibilities The Designer will manage the full lifecycle of print marketing materials, from concept through press-ready file delivery: Creative Execution : Conceptualize and design diverse print collateral, including brochures, print advertisements, flyers, and large-format outdoor media (billboards, banners). Pre-Press Mastery : Prepare flawless, production-ready files (CMYK/Spot, accurate bleeds, trim marks) for professional printing, ensuring technical accuracy for vendor specifications. Collaboration : Work with stakeholders and vendors, offering expert guidance on printing processes and file quality. Required Expertise Candidates must demonstrate expert-level proficiency and proven experience (X years) in the following areas: Software Mastery (Mandatory): Corel Draw Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe InDesign Technical Print Knowledge: Deep understanding of pre-press, color theory (CMYK/Spot), and typography. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing professional print materials and technical production skills. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (BFA) , Design (B.Des) , or another art-related field.
