Job Description
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support all F&B brands under Moustache. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating visually compelling restaurant creatives, editing photos, designing menus, and producing high-quality reel/video edits that elevate the brand’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Development
Create daily social media creatives for all F&B outlets (posts, stories, highlight covers, banners, reels frames, etc.)
Design menus, tent cards, standees, flyers, event creatives, bar promos, offer creatives, and in-restaurant branding material.
Create promotional assets for campaigns, events, and seasonal marketing.
Photo & Video Editing
Edit raw photos from photoshoots (food, ambience, team, property shots).
Basic color correction, retouching, and layout enhancement for consistent brand aesthetics.
Edit short videos & reels:
Transitions
Music sync
Overlay text
Color tone alignment
Trend-based reel edits
Brand Alignment & Visual Identity
Maintain consistency with Moustache’s F&B brand guidelines.
Develop templates for reusable design formats (menus, offers, stories).
Assist in refreshing brand visuals for new outlets, seasonal menus, and campaigns.
Collaboration
Work closely with Social Media Executive – F&B on daily content requirements.
Coordinate with chefs and outlet teams for material, photography references, and recipe details.
Work with photographers and videographers during shoots for shot planning and creative direction.
Production & Delivery
Prepare final print-ready files for vendors (menus, table-talkers, posters, etc.).
Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets as per marketing calendar.
Key KPIs
Timely delivery of all creatives as per content calendar.
Consistency & quality across brands.
Engagement performance of designed assets (reel saves, views, shares, story retention).
Reduction in design turnaround time.
Efficient coordination with print vendors and team members.
