Job Title: Graphic Designer Company: Rustic Wisdom Pvt Ltd Location: Bangalore, on-site.
Experience: 1-3 Years. (Experienced candidates only) Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, supporting branding efforts, and delivering high-quality creative assets that align with our company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities · Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, and presentations · Create engaging visual content for digital platforms, websites, and email campaigns · Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects · Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements · Edit images, illustrations, and layouts as needed · Prepare final design files for print and digital use · Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices · Manage multiple projects and deliver work within deadlines Required Skills and Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field · Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools · Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and branding · Ability to create designs for both digital and print media · Good communication and teamwork skills · Attention to detail and creativity · A strong portfolio showcasing previous design work Preferred Qualifications · Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design · Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools · Understanding of social media and digital marketing requirements What We Offer · Competitive Salary: ₹ 3.6-4.8 LPA · Supportive and creative work environment · Opportunities for growth and learning · Flexible work arrangements, if applicable How to Apply - Interested candidates may send their resume and portfolio to ramesh.h@rusticwisdom.in with the subject line “Graphic Designer Application.”
