Job Summary:
Mad Result, a dynamic and innovative company in the market, is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our visual brand identity and creating visually appealing designs that communicate our message effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a wide range of marketing materials and deliver captivating designs across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Create visually compelling designs, including but not limited to: social media graphics, infographics, brochures, posters, banners, logos, and other marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design concepts for digital and print campaigns.
• Develop and maintain the visual brand identity of Mad Result across all marketing channels.
• Work closely with copywriters and content creators to ensure visual designs align with brand messaging and storytelling.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design skills and improve design quality.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
• Provide input and contribute to the overall creative direction and strategy of the company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
• Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in designing digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Understanding of UX/UI design principles and user-centered design.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design principles.
