Position : Graphic Design Executive
Team : Marketing
Exp Level : Min 2 Years
Location : Noida (WFO)
Trezi is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Design Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of industry experience and will collaborate closely with our senior graphic designer to create visually compelling and impactful design assets. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our brand's visual identity and marketing campaigns while working in a collaborative and creative environment.
Our Target Audience:
Architects, Interior designers, Builders, Building Product Manufacturers, and other stakeholders in the AEC industry.
Responsibilities:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and executing visual design solutions that effectively communicate our brand and message to our target audience. Additionally, you should have video editing skills to work on promotional video-making or editing projects.
Responsibilities:
● Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative input to the overall marketing strategy.
● Collaborate with the senior graphic designer and marketing team to understand design requirements, objectives, and project briefs.
● Conceptualise, Create, and Execute visual design solutions that support our marketing and branding efforts, including digital ads, social media posts, email campaigns, brochures, flyers and presentations.
● Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touch points.
● Collaborate with cross-functional (such as sales and product) teams to ensure design alignment with campaigns and initiatives.
● Utilize video editing skills to create or edit promotional videos as needed.
● Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into your work as appropriate.
Qualifications:
● Min 2 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on marketing and branding.
● Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field or equivalent academic qualification
● Strong portfolio showcasing design concepts and final designs across various mediums.
● Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other design tools.
● Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and composition.
● Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, hierarchy, and branding.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt start-up hustle, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
● Strong communication skills
