Job description
Are you passionate about Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, VFX, and UI/UX Design? Do you enjoy mentoring aspiring creative professionals and helping them build successful careers? If yes, we'd love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities
• Train students in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, UI/UX Design, and VFX according to current industry standards.
• Deliver practical, project-based training using real-world workflows.
• Create engaging classroom sessions, assignments, and portfolio-building projects.
• Guide students in developing professional-quality portfolios and demo reels.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and industry technologies.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Support students in preparing for internships and placement opportunities.
• Collaborate with the academic team to enhance course content and learning outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong portfolio showcasing Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, UI/UX, and VFX work.
• Excellent knowledge of:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• CorelDRAW
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Animate
• Figma
• Nuke
• Silhouette
• Ability to create professional videos using Motion Graphics and Video Editing techniques.
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, branding, and digital media.
• Passion for teaching and continuously upgrading technical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
• Prior teaching or industry experience in Graphic Design, Animation, or VFX is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
• Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of industry or teaching experience.
• Knowledge of Generative AI tools for creative design will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
• Graphic Design: 3 years (Preferred)
