We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will do :
• Configure, maintain, and scale Grafana and Prometheus instances.
• Develop and implement custom dashboards for monitoring key metrics.
• Troubleshoot issues, ensure data accuracy, and optimize query performance
• Design and manage alerting rules for proactive issue identification and resolution
• * Support application monitoring for Java, .NET, Mainframes and NodeJS application architectures.
• Continuously improve and expand monitoring coverage to meet evolving needs. Collaborate with teams to define alert thresholds and escalation procedures
• Analyze metrics data to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Create meaningful visualizations and reports to provide insights for stakeholders.
• Fine-tune configurations to achieve optimal resource utilization and performance.
• Scripting and automation skills for efficient system management.
• Monitor the responsiveness and availability of websites and web applications from the end-user perspective.
• Track applications availability across cluster servers, including cloud with built-in alerting and instant notification of issues.
• Provide deep visibility of application performance for project teams.
• Setup analytical databases to predict application performance on application changes.
• Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Setup and Analyze APM analytical data to predict future performance based on historical trends.
• Perform analysis on logs and use problem solving techniques.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
• Proven experience in Kubernetes, Docker and Grafana
• Maintenance of Docker/Container clust Strong understanding of monitoring best practices, alerting, and data analysis.
• Knowledge of time-series databases and storage strategies
• Ability to design and implementation of toolsets in large-scale, enterprise environments. Prior implementation and customizations experience with tools such as Grafana, Splunk AppDynamics.
• Proficient in the administration of real user monitoring, synthetics, agent synthetics, DB monitoring, OS cloud monitoring
• Expert in Grafana and Splunk search language and be able to create and optimize complex big data correlations.
• Expert in Enterprise architecture in order to design, implement, and troubleshoot deployment, maintenance, and upgrade solutions for deployments.
• Experience in knowledge object creation and usage across the Enterprise, Normalization of event data, and Management of knowledge objects, data models and developing macros.
• Exposure to authentication and entitlement management with LDAP or SAML.
• Experience of automated software configuration, ideally using Ansible.
