We are a multi-sector skilled team focusing on next generation cities. We are engaged with the Ministry of Urban Development, state governments, regional development authorities and urban local bodies helping drive urban transformation.

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified candidate for the Manager/Associate Director level to join our team in Mumbai.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and have experience working with government clients at both the central and state levels.
Minimum Qualifications
MBA in Finance or a master's degree in Management, Urban Planning, Transport Planning, or a related field from a recognized university/institution in India or abroad.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 12 years of overall experience with specific experience in Transaction Advisory Services, PPP, and the Urban Infrastructure Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Expertise:
Develop innovative and diverse financial mechanisms, including business models for scaling up sustainable urban solutions leveraging alternate financing for urban infrastructure and transport domains.
Provide technical guidance on municipal finance, coordinate city efforts on integrated City Investment Plans and Financial Operating Plans, and conduct financial feasibility assessments and/or affordability analyses.
Prepare financial models for urban infrastructure projects to ensure sound financial planning and execution.
Client Engagement:
Build and nurture strong client relationships within the region.
Maintain and grow key accounts to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Urban Practice Growth:
Lead the growth and development of the Urban Practice within the region by identifying growth opportunities.
Mentor and build a team to support the expansion and delivery of urban projects.
Additional Information
The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines is crucial.
Familiarity with the latest trends and best practices in urban infrastructure and finance is highly desirable.
