We have a full-time opportunity within the Governance Team to contribute to the delivery of Council's professional governance services. This role is key to assisting both the team and wider Council with everything from Council meeting support to governance administration tasks.

You'll be someone who:
Is an active team member with a passion for customer service and a genuine enjoyment for assisting people. Shows professionalism, sound communication and judgement skills with the ability to problem solve and be able to manage and prioritise a diverse workload.
You will have sound technical skills and be comfortable supporting public presentations, setting up and packing down chamber technology, and using internal management systems.
Ideally you will hold at least three years' office executive support and/or administration experience in a large organisation. A level 4 certificate in Business Administration or similar would be advantageous.
Your organisational skills will be integral to this role with the ability to work under tight time restraints.
