The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in North America. Key responsibilities include strategically launching and managing Google Performance Max campaigns, targeting local and regional SMBs in the USA, and optimizing campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience running Performance Max campaigns for SMBs, understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior, ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance, expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and scaling budget, strong communication skills, English proficiency, and result ownership.
