Google Ads Specialist – Performance Marketing (Urgent Opening)
Location: Hyderabad / Jaipur (On-site)

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage multiple client accounts, drive high-performing campaigns, and deliver measurable business results. You'll be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and client communication while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple Google Ads accounts end-to-end.
Plan, launch, and optimize Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns.
Track and improve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and revenue.
Set up and manage GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
Present campaign performance and recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
Digital Marketing Agency experience required.
Strong expertise in Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen.
Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
Experience managing multiple client accounts (agency experience preferred).
Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills.
Google Ads Certification is a plus.
Healthcare industry experience is an added advantage.
